Crown Chakra Painting to foster a sense of unity with the universe

For a one-hour painting workshop inspired by the Crown Chakra, which focuses on spiritual connection, consciousness, and enlightenment, the session is structured to encourage participants to explore and express these ethereal themes through art. The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is associated with the colour violet (or white) and is located at the top of the head. This workshop aims to foster a sense of unity with the universe, enlightenment, and a deeper understanding of one’s spiritual journey.
