Handling Time

We strive to get orders shipped within 3 to 5 business day. We ship from London or Athens. Monday – Fridays. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday or any during holidays.

Standard Royal Mail is our primary shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please note that most international shipments will incur additional charges (above & beyond the shipping charges). These charges are collected upon delivery and will include brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc. The brokerage charges are assessed by Royal Mail, but the duties and taxes are assessed by your country of residence. Every country and every shipment vary.

International shipments are subject to delays. They can be delayed by customs or quoted for a delivery time into the country and not necessarily to your location. When shipping internationally, allow an extra day or two for delivery to account for these possible delays.

Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes:

All orders shipping to a destination outside UK are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. 

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission an/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
